I just had my house cleaned by Molly Maids team 17. The leads name is Anna and they were the best team I've had from Molly Maids. They went above and beyond for my simple cleaning job. I love working with Molly Maids. They are very customer friendly.
Paid for a move out cleaning when the apartment was already cleaning thinking they would touch up and take an hour at most. I was charged for over 2 hours of work and the carpets weren't included so paid an additional carpet cleaning charge to the apartment complex. No accountability for the time I was billed for and rude customer service when I reached out. Terrible
