My fiancé and I are selling our home and needed weekly cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for 11 a.m. on 9/23/25, but no one showed up. I waited until 11:40 a.m. before calling, and the person who answered only offered to reschedule, which I did not. If you cannot show up on time for the very first in-home estimate appointment on time—and not even have the courtesy to call and let me know you’ll be late—it shows me exactly what I can expect from future appointments.
Two women from Molly Maid did an excellent job cleaning the house. They worked very well together, were friendly and .meticulous. It was a pleasure to enjoy the finished product.
