We have had them clean for many years.The cleaning lately has been poor.Then they raised there rates.We will have to find a new cleaning service.
The initial clean was fantastic, but unfortunately that's where the good experience ended. Last Friday they came to do a monthly clean, and we sent two of our three dogs to daycare to keep them out from underfoot. The clean wasn't done per expectations, expectations set by Molly Maids own documentation. I called dispatch, and today (Monday - 2.5 days later) they sent a new crew. This crew did not re-clean.
