Sara and Judy are flexible, friendly and best of all, they do excellent work with knowledge about how to deal with wood floors and other finishes. They also have a good memory for requests from past visits. We always look forward to their visits!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I hired them to do a deep clean of a house I sold. They charged me over $400 for 4 hours of work and then claimed they needed to go back the next day for 2 more hours. I agreed. I went by the day after to check on the job and it was clear nothing had been done. The house was filthy. I called to complain and they said they would go back out and do it right. My mom is in the hospital and I asked them to come on a short notice and clean her home before she returned home. They were sympathetic to my mom being ill and they came within two days and did an amazing job! My mother is so very happy! Thank you!
we have used Molly Maid services for the past several months, after many years of not wanting to have strangers cleaning our house. I love when they come to clean. I have never had a bad experience yet, and they are so flexible, even when i have to cancel at the last minute. I try not to do that, though. They are very thorough and even my dog loves when they come to visit. i would recommend them. Their prices are reasonable, and better than other "Chain" cleaning services in the area.
