Despite receiving an “appointment confirmation” email and numberous texts regarding the arrival window of cleaners, nothing is finalized until the local office reaches out (which is not mentioned in the email or texts). You can imagine my disappointment when the local office did call and stated they were fully booked for that time. There is no reason why that clearly flawed system exists. The team did a great job with everything. My kitchen, stairs, couches never looked so clean. I had many different house cleaners over the years. My family even noticed how clean the House was compared to other services.
