Office manager was shockingly rude and dismissive regarding a time discrepancy I noticed. Although I happily paid as well as tipped my cleaners (who were excellent, btw), without issue. Great company but the customer service was so hurtful I cant help wondering if I'm being discriminated against. I will be reporting to the BBB.
