We hired this company for a move-in cleaning and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the cleaning and overall service. First, the cleaners arrived outside of the scheduled time window, forcing us to rush over to let them in. Then the cleaners tried to overcharge us by claiming the clock starts when they’re parked, not when they begin cleaning. Zoyla and Wendy were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to get our home ready for a family event. They got to every corner and cleaned under items that I didn’t expect them to. Highly recommend !
