Similar story to other comment. Set up appointment to have home cleaned on Thursday between 10-11am before fourth July weekend. As I was waiting for them listening to messages from previous day saying they would be there late afternoon. I called, spoke to Dave and he said yes they could not be there before 2. Since I made scheduled cleaning in morning , I had already made another appt for the afternoons hat I could not cancel.
