No stars. I had them come 3 different occasions. The last time was the worst. My house was not cleaned the way they said they would. Floors were left soaked. Stairs not wiped down. Kitchen was not wiped down. I was not happy and canceled the service. No one called and asked why they just said okay. It was a terrible experience
Very satisfied with service, team arrived on time and did an amazing job with cleaning our home from top to bottom.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Molly Maid and would not recommend them. I scheduled a move-out cleaning and, in every conversation before the appointment, I was led to believe the service would cost around $350 and take approximately 2.5 hours. However, after the crew had already been working for about 2 hours, I received a call saying they would need another 1.5 hours to finish. We switched to Molly Maid from another cleaning company because they offered a better price. I’m pleased to say we were also very impressed by how well they cleaned.
