Molly Maid London I was very happy with Molly Maid for eighteen years in an apartment and since 2021 in my house…until July 2025 when the London franchise was taken over by new owners. Since then, my team has never arrived when scheduled and after agreeing to a different day and time several times, they wouldn’t arrive and when I’d phone I’d be told they were out of town on a four hour clean. The service is ok but they put scaths on the walls and broke a lamp top. They say that they will not fix anyone.POOR service

Bought my mother a gift certificate for Christmas, she has tried to call and email to get the service with any response from the company. I would like a refund if your company cannot even respond.
I recently hired Molly Maid to do a cleaning of several space in my house in preparation to host some friends. It was short notice but they managed to find a way to fit me into their schedule. I can't imagine it was an easy job either given how long it had been since I last cleaned the space and the lifetime of knick-knacks that my parents and I had collected. I am so happy with the results, the two individuals they sent around did a fantastic job, it's been so long since this place has been this clean.
