I booked a one-time clean for my one-bedroom and unfortunately it was just okay. The cleaners arrived about 20 minutes late and left early. I had asked them to focus on the stove and kitchen floor, but the stove wasn’t cleaned properly at all. There was still Easy-Off residue and the lower part wasn’t touched at all. Stay away! I cannot believe how awful of an experience we had. Not only did they leave our house dirty, kitchen sink not cleaned counters not wiped, stove not wiped or cleaned and many other areas missed and not dusted. I have been speaking with Vanessa which insisted I provide the pictures I took right after they left and take the time out of my day to provide feedback, however was given no solution.
