I had good friends that were moving out of area and because I am cleaned by Molly Maid in Michigan I recommended that they call them. I was told that the team did a wonderful job for them (just like they do in Michigan) and they got their deposit AND their non-refundable cleaning deposit back because they did such a good job. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!
Molly Maid are the best! We have always been more than happy with our house clean, no matter which team is assigned. The Mollys are respectful of our property and meticulous in their work. We find the whole team to be very friendly and professional.
I think somebody hit the nail on the head! if you get a good team you're very, very lucky. if you're not lucky, as my mother was not, you get your jewelry stolen, Over $5,000 worth of jewelry. And yes, a police report was filed but it turns into she said he said. Very sad for my Mother as her wedding rings were part of this. I would not recommend the service to anybody, especially if you want to keep your valuables.
I LOVE you guys! The girls are amazing and they have gone above and beyond in my apartment. Once the cat got sick on the sheets and they put them in the washer for me, and APOLOGIZED for not making the bed (the note was really cute, BTW. They leave really cute notes. I look forward to them). THAT'S SERVICE! I've met them too and they are absolutely LOVELY people. I'm just so over the moon about this service that I recommend it to all my friends.
