I booked Molly Maid 2 weeks prior to clean a new house. On the day of service the cleaners arrived to the house, one person came inside and the other stayed inside the vehicle. The one lol that came inside looked at the stairs and told me that the lady in the car isn’t able to do stairs. They left after telling me that. I Call them once a month and the nice man and lady that comes to clean my place always does a great job. Very nice people . I would definitely recommend to anyone. Fair prices , always on time.

Terrible service - they constantly cancel and don’t respond. Avoid at all costs
