I contacted Molly Maid because we recently purchased a larger home that we were planning on having cleaned on a regular basis. Racist Company, I applied for a job here but because i am not of hispanic descent , I was ignored. Very unethical.
Overall cleaning services were good, one team member moved slower than the other. The main office customer service was simply horrible. Upon booking my service I was never told about their rescheduling policy . During the date of my appointment I needed to reschedule for a later date and was told I would be charged a $90 cancellation fee.
