I contacted Molly Maid because we recently purchased a larger home that we were planning on having cleaned on a regular basis. We were recommended Molly Maid by a friend who clearly does not get their service out of this office. I want to make it clear that this is specifically for Molly Maid out of Mitchellville. Overall cleaning services were good, one team member moved slower than the other. The main office customer service was simply horrible. Upon booking my service I was never told about their rescheduling policy . During the date of my appointment I needed to reschedule for a later date and was told I would be charged a $90 cancellation fee.
