We hired Molly Maid to do a one time cleaning. I was home during the cleaning but was taking work calls with the door to the office closed. During the cleaning I heard a loud crashing noise. I assumed that had something been broken, they would have the integrity to let me know. Ryan needs to learn that if you give customers a price, the same price that they’ve always had for the same service—then stick to it. Just because you make a mistake on your end, doesn’t mean that I have to pay the price for it. You sent more people than necessary for whatever reason just to clean two small bathrooms and now you think I should pay you more? No way. That is not what we discussed. You lost a customer.
Great cleaning company! Easy communication with admin/office staff. Super professional cleaning job every time. Very polite and warm staff (admin + cleaning staff) all around. Very satisfied with all services and happy to continue utilizing them. Team #8, Lili and Betti, are fantastic!
Jazmine and Neomi did a great job on our bathrooms! They were really sweet and hardworking! If I ever get another clean,I will definitely use this company and ask for these two ladies.
