No one is ever perfect and to find some things we could have done better than the Molly Maid's cleaning personnel may be easy, so I thought. We just had most of our rooms cleaned, recently. Still today, we notice things which have been cleaned, like the filter covers of the A/C which are not easy to reach. We have had this service now for 8 visits. My wife, how is meticulous about our home... is happy. That's all that matters to me. I would recommend Molly Maid. For anyone that wouldn't be happy with a service, it's best to call a customer service and have a subtle conversation. Anything can be resolved. We totally dig Molly Maid
Worst experience for a cleaning service ever!! They cleaned my one/one in one hour and charged me $140!!! Then I called and said it was ridiculous and I am not satisfied. Andrea also said they should of charged me $120! Still ridiculous!! They stole from me and their own employees stole from them!! Do not trust this cleaning service!!! Over charged!! Also left my fan COVERED WITH DUST!! I didn’t even ask for a refund, I asked to be charged $80 instead of the $140 cash their employees took my hands and they still declined. So... read more
