Great service
I've been a monthly customer since 2019. For the most part the service was adequate and any issues quickly resolved by the office manager. Once Covid hit, all bets were off and they could not send a consistent crew to service the account. They can't keep staff, they do not show up as scheduled nor do they return calls. The owner (Bernard) has twice messed up my schedule and is unresponsive to the problems. After being stood up twice without even a phone call and being unable to contact the “office” we are suspending service. We find that the cleaning had been marginal at best with a continuing turnover in personnel coupled with a complete lack of professional ism Molly maid does not live up tp the hype. We do not recommend this cleaning service.
