They come in clean and leave with absolutely no problems.........
I have used Molly Maids biweekly for over a year and my team is awesome! Besides a wonderful job consistantly, they have had to work around construction crews (and their mess) with a job better than expected! Handled unexpected cancelations (my doing not thiers), willing to work us in asap afterwards with no lapse in service. Reliable, through and worth every cent for my peace of mind! I recommend them to everyone I know!
This company is terrible!! Do not use them! We used them for a move in clean and the "maids" that came did not clean at all! The floors were still dirty, counter tops dirty, cupboards were awful looking! I called to complain and they offered to have the same team who didn't clean the first time come out again. I asked for the manager to call me and I am still waiting for a response! They are awful, terrible business ethic! DO NOT USE them! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

It is unfortunate the service was schedule when remodeling work was still in progress and the movers still to come. This include the carpet in the living room and breakfast nook to be removed. We even tried to offer a re-clean 4 days after the service was rendered but was declined.
Always on time and they do a fast, thorough job.
They do a great job as family members have noticed a difference when visiting.
That was then... this is now. I had an 11:30 appointment. time passes, no cleaners. I call the office. I an told they had cancellation's and sent team elsewhere first. I was told they would contact team and call me. that never happened. I called back. then I received a phone call from the cleaner telling me 2:15. I said you are assuming I have nothing else to do today. I was told 'I'm just as frustrated as you about this, I'm only the cleaner. Scheduling did it.' I was super excited to hear that Molly Maid of Flint was now accepting the trade organization I am in. I called and scheduled a cleanign at my Goodrich home as I am 8 months pregnant and desperately need help getting my home in order before a large party at my home this weekend with lots of family and friends. The Molly Maid of Flint fit me in with no problem. Later I recieved a call from Molly Maids of Metamora.
