Molly is amazing! She is always able to modify any exercise to accommodate some injuries I have. She is supportive and encouraging and pushes you to do better. She makes working out actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend her to anyone from the novice to the seasoned athlete. If you want a trainer that knows what she’s doing, will encourage you to be your best, and is genuinely fun to be around go see Molly!
