Molly is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, patient with my questions because sometimes there are just things I feel I need to know, or to know whether or not I really have a hearing issue and not running on "not knowing"uneasiness. She always smooths it out. I leave not feeling like a complete idiot! Now, that is a perk!
