One of the worst psychiatrists I’ve come into contact with. If your mental health gets worse or you require hospitalization, she will drop you as a patient and cut you off all your medication with no warning. Obviously this is an exceptionally dangerous practice because most psychiatric medications are not intended to be stopped suddenly - especially Effexor, which normally requires 3-6 months to taper properly. Dr. Hall was treating our family member who was showing increasing anxiety, panic attacks and suicidal ideation. This coincided with the Covid pandemic and at first, I felt that Dr. Hall was a good support for our loved one. Over the years many medications were tried and none of them helped except the benzos.
