I am very pleased with Dr. Allen's evaluation, which was used for my court case. She ensured that any information that could raise concerns was omitted. Thankfully, she was never called upon by the court. While it was slightly expensive, it was undoubtedly worth the investment.

I have seen other counselors over the past 30 years. She is straight forward & honest about her assessment of a situation. She is nonjudgmental & helped me look ahead instead of staying stuck in the past. I look forward to our appointments.
Very professional and personable. Listens well and makes me feel comfortable talking about anything I may not normally be comfortable talking about with a doctor or a non family member. Both Dr Allen and staff have created relaxed but professional practice is welcoming for all ages.
She was quite rude and unhelpful. Even when checking insurance, her secretary did everything possible to be difficult. When my call was transferred to Dr. Allen she was noticeably annoyed and quite unhelpful. I've never encountered a mental health care staff that appeared to be so inconvenienced by a call in to check insurance.
