Wonderful little shop I found in Cambridge I didn't even know existed. Found it on Instagram. Wonderful products all Canadian made. Bought 2 gift baskets for mother's Day and my mom and daughter loved them. I even bought myself a few things. I will definitely be shopping there again.
In this era of remarkably bad customer service from companies like Bell and Reliance, it is a genuine pleasure to find a business that does it right! Since I'm a new customer, I can't speak to their entire product line - I purchased cleaning vinegar - but their communications, delivery, and personalized hand-written note with a wee gift of sweets blew me away. Love being able to bulk buy toiletries and cleaning supplies, and bring my own containers. The staff is super friendly, the product quality is excellent, the prices and sales are great, and I've done a couple of their events/workshops which have been really well done. They're fun and you walk away with great handmade products. The delivery is super quick in KW, and the delivery driver even left a little baggie of dog treats for my dogs, which was super cute.
As always your products never disappoint. The lotion is excellent and hand soap is the best.
