Dr. M is a bit methodical but thorough and explains things well at my level. The wait is worth it because I leave understanding what my problem is and how to best treat and cure it!

He wasted my time on multiple occasions. Incredibly in efficient with his time management and with other patients. His own secretaries told me to expect to be waiting long. I waited 45 minutes on my first visit then an hour and a half on my second visit. One visit was scheduled as a check up, showed up waited an hour for him to tell me I didn't need to come in because I was fine. Still was charged $35 for co-pay for two minutes of his time...
