My Mother was a caretaker for the Mollners at the 1890 Lexington Ave. building and the building next to it. She was caretaker there for approximately 25 plus years. There is no review as I could see it as bad as this one. I have to tell you this because my Mother passed away April of 2022 after a lengthy illness and much of the illness has to do with negligence on Jim Mollners behalf.
