Extremely unprofessional. Does not return phone calls. Puts down the wrong addresses. Puts the wrong names down. Does not respond back to emails. When finally he does respond after multiple attempts, it's very unprofessional and accusatory. With Jims easy manner he right away puts u at ease. He listened to my thoughts and reasons for choices i made then he explained other options i overlooked and might want to consider. After i reviewed all the options I felt confident with my choices and the final project.
