The rental agency claimed that two 80 + year old ladies dirty the rug in less than 2-months and removed a ceiling light. These ladies did not entertain or party and can barely walk! They held rent to repaint one bedroom . Normal wear and tear! What a scam and shame on you trying to take advantage of two old ladies. Shame!!!! See you in court! Bad customer service – So hard to get a call back
Does not refund Deposits – Beware of this company. They will try to do whatever it takes to keep your deposit. Moller Properties "repaired" the roof of their facilies and billed the tenants for it even though they were still leaking and the contract clearly states the roof is their responsibility. The cost of the repairs were ridiculous, but they needed that excuse to keep the tenant's deposit.
not so good follow up – There were a couple of occassions in which I called and complained about repair issues and they would never contact me back until I had to call them and complain again. There was an isntance in which I complained about these bushes that had tons of spiders on them so that neither me nor my son and guest would not be bitten by the spider and and asked if they could cut them down some and they ignored me so i decided to do it myself . also upon moving out I was concerned that after vacating the premises... read more
