Service department is top notch, I drive an extra 30 miles to go here and avoid Lee's summit VW. The team at Molle always makes the extra drive worth it! They take care of what I need quickly, always talk to me about any extra recommendations, and work around my schedule. I appreciate that they respect my time, and my appointment is always honored as well as their willingness to help me when I'm in a pinch.
Bought a gently used 2025 Audi SQ6 etron from Molle and highly recommend to ask for Malik from the VW dealership at Molle! He is newer but that’s what’s unique about him. He talks to you like a human, produced all of the pre sales artifacts I asked for before going to the dealership and even bought me dinner since the process took a long time to buy.
