I love the beautiful plants, cute Minnesota themes in each room, and the moss wall. This office is more like a spa than a dental office, which is great for my nerves. Also love how they got me in, fixed, and out same day for an emergency crown.
Dr. Molldrem's kindness set the tone for a fantastic visit. The intraoral pictures were a first for me, and the staff's guidance through each step was reassuring. Thank you for your quality service and caring about your customers!
When you think about dental practices, they seem so stuffy and scary. Not at Molldrem. This team has worked hard to create a welcoming atmosphere and it really is evident in their interactions with clients.
I needed a lot of work done. Dr. Molldrem did a great job- it was fast and the pain is gone. My dumb insurance denied much of it and his billing team went above and beyond to work with me to provide needed info to get more covered, which was so appreciated.
This is the first one star for a business I’ve ever given. It makes me sad that I have to. They are impossible to get ahold of. I went in as an emergency customer needing my mouth looked at because I could not open it. They knew what insurance I was on, and I really felt taken advantage of because they proceeded to give me a X-ray that my insurance would not cover.
