My experience with Permanent Choice has been a long standing mixed bag. My technician has been very professional and skilled. However, I wish I could note the same about the back end of the company. I've been doing hair removal at permanent choice for over 2 years now and in that time I've received no less than 7 phone calls where my current insurance or photo ID information was lost on file as well as 3 erroneous requests for me to file insurance claims myself despite permanent choice being an in-network provider with my pl... read more
