We engaged Mollard Property Group for a childcare DA and were extremely disappointed by the experience. They issued an unjustified variation, which felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of us late in the process. They refused to release work we had already paid for, effectively holding it to ransom. It gave us the impression they will take advantage where they can. Based on our experience, we’d strongly suggest using someone else.
Excellent communication and prompt responses following our DA approval. Very professional and knowledgeable during our journey. Would highly recommend to anyone in building developments and council.
