This office has horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. The front desk customer service is very distaste full, they are very comfortable lying to patients and lack of proper and prompt communication. Tanya the office manager is a coward, and a poor excuse for the lead of the office. The Dr can be the best surgical physician in the world and their front desk will throw that all away. Dr. moll was completely rude and disrespectful to me he would not acknowledge the pain I am in while in a full arm cast waiting to have metal plates put into my forearm to hold the bones back together I needed immediate surgery but he prolongs my discomfort and would not acknowledge the fact that I was suffering from extreme pain so I asked him to remove the cast because I will be going to another office so in his kindergarten manner he had an assistant with little knowledge of removing a full arm hard cast take it off and s... read more
