Pathetic, lazy employees in the lab department...I will never be back.
Wait time getting ridiculously long. If some of the workers walked any slower they would not be moving
I had lab work done 17 days ago and called my doctor today and they said that they haven't received it. Also, the same thing happened to my son a month ago. Seems like someone isn't sending this important information to the doctors. My son's doctor and mine are different by the way so it can't be something on the doctor's office end.
Betty took my daughters blood today and she was such a nice lady. She found the vein right away, it was painless for my daughter and done quick. My daughter didn't even flinch. I wish every experience getting blood taken was that good of an experience.
After a challenging experience yesterday: register at front desk, register at Kiosk, wait 20 minutes, question why the delay (vampires standing around talking), told front desk needed another signature, (what? why didn't they get it when I was there?) - had to leave due to another appointment. Why has UNITYPOINT TRINITY initiated SO MANY redundant procedures recently? Fill out blank forms with information already on file? Answer questions which apply to perhaps 1% of the population, each time I Pre-Checking. New CEO? Hmmm.
