Recommendedexcellent service, quick and can't beat the pricing
They Have had my window over a week Not done yet . I had to Called today and they said the deliveries hadn't came in yet. I didn't know they sent it out to be fixed. And who is fixing it ? Its a small window 26x20 . I was at Lowe's they have on the Spot Repair. No Follow up calls to update me of any delays expected date to be finished. The page says We offer next day service on most wood and aluminum sash window frames.
Originally gave one star for the gate keepers I dealt with on customer relations but the follow up by the company was beyond five stars. So now 5-1=4 Original post followed by update follows. Thanks so much. Absolutely horrible business practices. Quoted a price then doubled price for pick up. Refused to honor original quote plus six cents short on another order which was more than $3 above original quote and this greedy company would not even forgive the six cents after travelling 45 minutes to get there and came back empty... read more
