On August 12, 2025, I stopped by Ed & Jim's Autobody Shop because my trunk would not open, and I had seafood inside from the night before. I explained my situation to the front desk employees, and right away they asked one of the techs to help me. Jay came out and assessed the car. He determined the only way to access the trunk was by removing the back seat. I went through progressive to get an estimate on my car. Whilst doing the estimate Ed and Jim body shop STRIPPED my car until it was no longer drivable and then refused to put it back together.
I've been here a few times for repairs because I have GEICO. Very friendly and fast service. I get my car back very quickly.
