Dr Shahbaz is very professional and knowledgeable with excellent bedside manners. His staff is caring and very prompt to respond with scheduling and any other needs.

All of the medical professionals who met with me were clear in their communication, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.
I called the receptionist and explained my question. After a long pause, I said “hello?” The receptionist then said she wasn’t paying attention because she thought I was a recording. I then explained a second time and she quickly said she didn’t who what I was talking about (I had a simple refill question) and transferred my call, only to disconnect me, twice.
