They’re absolutely TERRIBLE! Hey, pay me 400$/month for a 6 year old. But, when you need to go to the ER, you also have to pay over 1k for services. Wait, you want us to pay our bills but your “app” literally NEVER works! I have screen recordings of the app not working on a phone, a macbook, and an ipad.
I just got onto Molina healthcare after being on forward health for years. A few months ago or so, I passed out at home and my family called emergency services to which I got carried off into an ambulance. I went into the emergency room and had a few tests done. The tests came back negative and I returned home hours later. Days later I got a letter from Molina stating that if I ever felt sick I should go to a walk in clinic instead of going to the Emergency room. I had a stroke and qualify for a device which surgically implanted to stimulate my nerves leading to a huge quality of life improvement. This procedure was denied by Molina which is a terrible shame and further angers the public at healthcare. Edit; I have provided Molina with the requested information.
