Worst insurance I've ever had. All of their providers are out of date for nutritionist so I can't even see anyone. They all redirect to the children's hospital. The phone service is the worst. Difficulty obtaining reward. If anything can go wrong with contacting Molina, it does. And no, don't bother sending me the generic member services email.

I wish I could give zero stars. Nearly every time I call (which takes AT LEAST 45+ min to get through), the rep will answer and hang up. Train your people on the phone better!

They do not care about your mental health. I was recently in the ER due to severe suicidal ideation and was diagnosed with PTSD. A doctor from Molina reviewed my case and determined it was not a necessary and I quote “mood feelings” was not a reason to go to ER and they refused to cover cost. Now in debt 5K and I filed an appeal over two weeks ago and have heard nothing.

Don't bother to do the healthy rewards assessment. I have spent so much time trying to get the gift cards that they promised. I did all of the requirements but they never send me the reward. I've phoned them several times about this and they don't resolve it. It's very frustrating to deal with them on the phone. I gave them two stars anyway because they have been managing to process my claims and EOBs.
