UPDATE; STILL, The Worst Healthcare insurance I've ever dealt with. From Molina to HPF, Marketplace, THE WHOLE SYSTEM! Got any problems "no problem," they just connect you with somebody overseas that don't know English or my favorite they bounce you from Molina to marketplace to health plan finder "blame eachother" and then start you all over again with another "3 hour wait time... per transfer!" I was applying online with Molina about getting my husband insured thru them and he ended up getting medical thru the state (Coordinated Care of WA) since then Molina system keeps calling my number and his number literally everyday even weekends. They have generated 1-800 numbers and automated voicemail they leave us . We have even blocked those numbers and Molina keeps calling with similar phone numbers but slightly different digits. If I could give 0 stars I would Worst Insurance they terminated my insurance with no call or even notice, my kids are on my insurance and I’m 4 weeks from having a baby, which my baby will need insurance to, way to screw people over, switching my insurance to something better
I was trying to find information about the coverage but I found no information at all just a bunch about how you throw baby showers. Like that wasn't random enough in order to find information I have to contact a broke or apply. FYI the other plans don't do that.
I've been a Molina Healthcare member for quite some time. I don't usually have an issue. I've been struggling with a "noncovered" charge from a provider for a few years now. After multiple calls to the provider and Molina, it was unresolved. I got a call from a collection agency on a charge that was already paid.
