I thought Veronica was a great helper in navigating through the health care plan she explained it to me so I could understand the the new health care plan that I am getting also she took the time to explain the things I didn't understand
Currently on the phone with a rep and they seriously need more training. I called them to verify if I need a referral to see a GI specialist and they asked me to be more specific on what a GI is and that I needed to call the clinic on if they needed a referral or not and I let them know I called the clinic before hand and they told me that I needed to verify through insurance first hence why I called 🙄. Molina Healthcare is 100% about making profit for their shareholders and bonuses for their executives. They authorize care and then retroactively deny the payment for the care to make THEM money. Providers HATE Molina. Worst of all they deny services to deserving patients for made up reasons, when Utah Medicaid and the other ACOs authorize the care. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MOLINA!!!!
