Molina is the single worst insurance company I have dealt with. I am currently pursuing an HHS HIPAA complaint. I thought Veronica was a great helper in navigating through the health care plan she explained it to me so I could understand the the new health care plan that I am getting also she took the time to explain the things I didn't understand
