In my personal opinion, I wouldn’t trust this insurance company at all.
I got switched from Wellpoint to Molina without even being contacted here in San Antonio. I can't find a pcp that takes are has never even heard of Molina. This has made me very mad and don't know what to do.
Molina healthcare is crooked and has severe policy issues.Most Drs or 95% of the doctors will not take this insurance plan. There for the patient is out of pocket with expenses or not being seen or treated for medical issues or conditions. Prescriptions are costly, an eye prescriptions cost $45 just for the prescription to get glasses and they do not cover the glasses . Most or 95% of dentist do not take Molina so you can't get your teeth fixed, without an massive out of pocket expense. This insurance company is horrible do ... read more
the worst insurance ever please any one reading this Do not switch over to Molina No Office , the worst customer service ' ,no one answers and its not covers any thing or any DR, DO NOT USE MOLINA
The representatives that take your call are always rude. I don't like that! My dad is a client, and I call for him to inquire about information regarding provider services, or anything related to that. I have both my parents with Molina but I could request an assessment from another insurance for Medicaid for provider services.
