Horrible company and Malinda Brown horrible person made my life hell for no reason
Worst customer service, the phone robot never understands me and cant never get a human to talk to me.
Horrible insurance!!! It is so hard to find a doctor that takes the insurance and they refuse to cover anything I got this while I was pregnant I was suppose to receive a carseat and bag and got nothing PLEASE NEW MOTHERS AVOID THIS INSURANCE!!!! IM STILL TRYING TO CHANGE IT 🤬
If i could give this insurance a lesser score i would, I recently got a letter in the mail stating that my son was denied in patient care at the hospital, they mentioned that hes case was not severe enough and that he would not be covered. He needed to be hospitalised due to a severe case of RSV causing water to develop in hes lungs, he needed to be placed on oxygen for a week. If this is not severe enough for them i dont know what is.
I would like - star. Most difficult to call this company. If you call give yourself a aspirin first, very frustrating. Continually getting disconnected. 1 call takes 5 try’s. And 1 hour. I am switching out of this company.
