Terrible service from call center and case managers even treats from nurse case manager trying to control health care needs schedule and saying or what statement
This is the absolute worst health care I have ever had . They do not do anything for you . I wasn’t even able to get a shingles medication, so a friend had to go to Mexico to get my prescription . Not one of my problems is ever addressed. I get a diagnosis and told to sit in the corner to suffer and die. They do not cover anything for you . Not really happy and can’t wait to switch to an insurance where I can get my basic needs covered

La peor compañia de seguro medico que he conocido. Los numeros no sirven o dice la maquina estan cerrados cuando uno habla en horas habiles. El servicio al cliente igual, es pesimo. No cubren todo lo que prometen. Hay que pagar mucho mas!
I had called to cancel and was juggled through all these numbers until the final one, claiming she was a supervisor or something, and said that she had filed out a cancellation for me and that it would go through in a month. I called Dec 9th and was still receiving payment reminders on Feb 2nd, so nearly 2 months later. Apparently no one had actually filed for my cancellation. Called a 4th time and now I have to call back another time because I was told I basically have to make sure that they do their job and actually cancel... read more
