RecommendedI have used Passport for many years.. how ever please tell Me how a team of member of said medical staff can say what medication you can an can’t have!! My dr ordered me Lyrica for neuropathy which I have to the extramarital.. and Passport turned it down.... then my Dr had to appeal the generic to this an still denied it... I mean really .. you want our health to be good, take care of us as humans... pretty upset with passport at the moment.. I do not feel my with with you guys

I have been on PHP in the past with no issues, so when I lost my job in March I just chose them again! Well I lost one of my Dr’s and a medication I had been on for over two years! They wouldn’t approve it because my PCP didn’t have dates and symptoms of failed medication. They actually expected me to stop something and go back to medication that didn’t work until I had tried THREE to prove I needed this medicine I had been on!! I will not be signing up with them again!
