I've been calling daily for at least 2 weeks to try and correct the PCP assignment on my account. The provider I want is participating but won't come up in your online system so I can make a correction. Customer Service takes HOURS to answer. No response to my email messages. PLEASE HELP!!!

you could start by not telling people something is covered then they get there to pickup meds only to find out it's not. I was LITERALLY on phone ALL day yesterday calling you all. Spoke to 4 different people the 4 times I had to call. I have a rash on my face that I've had fire almost 2 months cuz I knew it was going to be a pain in the azz & of course I was right!!! It's ALWAYS something with you all!!! Dr even changed meds to accommodate you all but NOOOOOO, that would've been too easy on me. I'm so over this company!! I ... read more

a year ago I would have rated 5 stars. Now, I go in before my scheduled appointment into a crowded waiting room just to be told that I "rescheduled my appointment" which I never did. After getting that sorted out, get back to the room to not see my provider. providers change month to month. constant location changes. you may have an appointment with a provider and come in to find out that your provider no longer works there.

Will you allow this racist to continue representing your company? This racist and perpetrator of the Klans agenda is exactly why people think Black Lives DONT Matter! Silence is being complicit and not longer tolerated! It’s a new day and change is coming! Be a part of the change or we will take action against the you and the agenda you allow! What you permit is what you promote! I am demanding your public response to this urgent social matter.

I have had Passport for several years & had always been pleased with the insurance & services received until this past year. All of a sudden, maintenance medications that I had been on for years are suddenly denied for no reason. I can also see that I am not the only one that's having this issue. I am very disappointed with how service has declined at this insurance. I will be switching to another insurance provider come open enrollment.

they deny claims w any medical knowledge knows that rule shouldnt apply. like time frames before they honor a claim written by doctor cuz they need to be seen so many times. I have severe neuro problems and surgery on fentanyl and they deny a TENS UNIT WRITTEN FROM FRAZIER TO TRY AND GET ME INTO REHAB. PISS POOR. I worked for Passport. seriously is piss poor
