I have been trying to cancel my policy since January 1st, but it seems that the 3rd world employees in which I have had the displeasure of speaking to have put me on hold multiple times which have added up to hours, and then hang up. If any Molina employee is reading this, CANCEL MY POLICY. It ain't rocket science, or is it!
They take hundreds, even thousands of dollars in premium payments, then when your in- network doctor accidentally sends bloodwork to the wrong lab, they don’t tell you for months that they won’t pay, and then once you contact them to ask about the charge, they claim it’s been too long since the charge, so now the patient must pay the charge. Molina is horrible! My advice, find another company - Molina has let me down over and over.
I've read many reviews I've been grateful for my medical services customer service & my Dr's. That accept Molina. Dr's. May cancel usage but I expect good quality care & of life safely & respectfully with my coverage with Molina. I'm glad I've experienced great service & medical care. Choosing Molina Healthcare.
Since molina took over passport in kentucky is a nightmare. Looking foward to change it ASAP
