Absolute waste of time. I called Friday, was sent a link to text. Told them my issue. Nothing since then. Called six times today, same thing, only no text was sent.
I have tried to get in network with Molina since 2022. A provider can only reach Molina for credentialing via email, which is typical. However, it takes credentialing about two months to return your email. When they return your email and you send the requested documents, Molina still does not credential you. I tried to be credentialed in 2022, 2023, and 2024. I am about to try again, and I will post an update here if I can. My family recently got a Molina plan through the health insurance marketplace. My husband is self-employed, and I work for a company that does not offer insurance or benefits.
