I agree about the class action lawsuit! This company should be fined by the state of Mississippi in a huge way! I recently filed a complaint with the department of insurance. I encourage others to do the same thing. It is not a difficult process at all. The complaint can be done online. They want you to give up and just pay the claims because it’s easier to do so. This is absolutely awful, it tells us patient is eligible then next day we see the patient and Molina does not pay
This company is a joke I called them back in February to cancel the insurance I have insurance through my work and they still keep billing me and last year they got my tax check that is pure B.S.
Avoid at all costs. They don't care about you.
Absolute waste of time. I called Friday, was sent a link to text. Told them my issue. Nothing since then. Called six times today, same thing, only no text was sent.
