If you're disabled in iowa, don't get this insurance.It's horrible.You want insurance that matters in the state of iowa for you and your loved ones and your disabled community.Go check out well point and hamana.That's where it really matters guys.They actually care about their members.Moina doesn't care, they will waste your time.Their waiver supports will waste your time with meetings.Broken promises, wise and et cetera.They're in it for a paycheck, just like their workers.

awful insurance from a provider perspective- shady denials, and terrible reimbursement. We should probably bring medicaid back to the state. Privatization of medicaid creates awful incentives to deny and delay payment. Shameful.

the calls that come from them seem like spam. I like the app. and website. and the people are very helpful. its just the calls

Consider this a -1 star review. We've been sent notices about getting a health assessment, but every time we contact them, we get HORRIBLE customer service including multiple disconnects and even hung up on. How does this "company" even stay in business???? My taxpayer money had better not be going to funding any of this hot mess. Absolutely terrible.
