Consider this a -1 star review. We've been sent notices about getting a health assessment, but every time we contact them, we get HORRIBLE customer service including multiple disconnects and even hung up on. How does this "company" even stay in business???? My taxpayer money had better not be going to funding any of this hot mess. Absolutely terrible.

I’m extremely frustrated with Molina Healthcare. I have been repeatedly contacted about a “health assessment,” yet every time I speak to someone, I’m told it’s not necessary. Today, after receiving yet another call, I called back and was met with a rude representative who told me I had failed to complete several assessments—none of which I was ever informed about. Hearing the inter workings of this health plan and how much they want to do right by the members is inspiring. Make sure you have conversations with Molina employees- you’ll be glad you have this insurance.
