The poor reviews are well-deserved. The nation's benefit card they provide is supposed to cover non-emergency transportation. I am in need of transportation to a meeting to secure a new dwelling but they will only use Lyft and Uber and my phone is old and I cannot download any apps. Therefore by the hands of Molina I may become homeless. What kind of company does that to someone?
Horrible can’t answer simple questions. They just transferred me around for hours.
I’ve had Molina for a couple of years now, and I’ve never had any issues. I am prescribed medication that is mostly paid for by Molina. Today, however, I noticed that my prescription was $120 more than it should have been. Calls were getting me nowhere. Eventually, I found a chat resource. If you’re having trouble getting through by phone, try to find the chatting option. I was able to resolve this with the help of a representative in under 30 minutes.
Terrible 😠 insurance, my granddaughter had a dentist that she was seeing before we were told that her dentist wouldn't take the medical card that she got from public aid his secretary told us switch to Molina healthcare and we did that just to find out that Molina said her dentist that we had for a long time is not in their network, so I call for her as she sometimes doesn't understand what they mean, things have to be in a way she can comprehend and like everyone else who has had a problem with Molina healthcare they told ... read more
