Molina Healthcare is by far the worst insurance provider out here. Their customer service is awful long hold times, unhelpful agents, and completely inconsistent information. To make things worse, they canceled my insurance for “non-payment” even though I was signed up for automatic payments. My payment was made on time, yet they returned it anyway and still canceled my coverage. No warning, no clear explanation, and no accountability. They don't cover any actual important work that needs to be done on dental only cleanings and shitty fillings from the shitty places that accept them.

Denied every claim, even with my PCP. I cancelled my policy with them only to receive a notice that "they are canceling my policy" two months have I called to cancel my policy. Clear negligence on their record keeping.

STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM MOLINA The worst experience I have ever had dealing with insurance and customer service. All they care about is keeping you under their coverage to take your money. I rushed and got their insurance in early December of last year because my insurance was set to be cancelled at the end of the year.
