Molina Healthcare is by far the worst insurance provider out here. Their customer service is awful long hold times, unhelpful agents, and completely inconsistent information. To make things worse, they canceled my insurance for “non-payment” even though I was signed up for automatic payments. My payment was made on time, yet they returned it anyway and still canceled my coverage. No warning, no clear explanation, and no accountability.
