These reviews dont lie!!! Customer service is non existent, have asked multiple times for an inquiry and NOTHING. A customer shouldnt have to ask for than twice for an inquiry, this is not a reputable company, OWNER OF COMPANY STOP APOLOGIZING AND START FIXING. UR NOT GOING TO FIX ANYTHING APOLOGIZING, TRAIN YOUR PERSONNEL, PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GROW PROVIDING THIS POOR SERVICE? TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN, ASK YOURSELVES WHY U HAVE 1.5 stars ON GOOGLE compared to other reputable companies?????
The most horrible lying insurance. BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP. I thought Ambetter was bad. Molina is 10 times worse. They change all the rules to what they cover two months in. I cannot wait to switch next year. They need negative 10 stars.

Debería haber la posibilidad de poner CERO. Mis hijas van a perder su terapia porque esta empresa no paga a los terapistas. Además han cancelado con CVS la autorización de dar medicinas para la fiebre por OTC. Son una vergüenza!
