I want to share my experience with Molina because it has been extremely disappointing. My son needed surgery, but due to delays in the authorization process, we have already missed two scheduled surgery dates. We were told that the authorization could take up to 15 days because, according to Molina, the procedure is not considered urgent. Good luck getting in contact with them. Their automated service will never get past asking for a little more detail about your question.

The customer is highly dissatisfied with the insurance company, stating they paid a premium but the company failed to approve their wife's necessary medical pump for blood cancer. • They accuse the company of theft, rudeness (hanging up), and unprofessionalism, wishing for its downfall.

Horrible insurance! They try everything they can to permanently deny coverage. On April 30 I was mailed why I was denied medication; AOR form needed. After email , I called 10 business days later to inquire where form is. I started my call to inquire at 8:06am with Angel, Angel/8:06am-8:21(Hold: 8:21-8:37) (Hold: 8:38-9:33) hung-up
