OMG... Where do I start. How about with a WARNING! Molina is full of incompetent and dishonest people! This is the second time having this EXACT same issue with them. I check their website for in-network providers. I call them and get a list of in-network provider to compare with their website (because it has been outdated before and then I get stuck with the bill). PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Before you even consider Molina Healthcare, think of a better Healthcare insurance. This so call Molina Healthcare is nothing more than donation to their CEO and not to their insurers. They have the worst customer service i have ever spoken with. You cannot understand anything they are saying and they just hang up on you when they cannot find an answer to your questions. They speak with their tongue stuck between thir teeth. Molina will also find ways to deny most if not all claims.
