The worst insurance company… they will let you die before they will help you.. all you are is a number & check to this company… I work for the county of San Bernardino so I know the rules and regulations to the insurance and how they are supposed to help ppl. These people make up their own rules & don’t care about their patients … I guess since this a welfare insurance you get treated like shit…
Evelynn was amazing! She helped me get what I needed in seconds and was just overall very sweet and patient even when the system was slow. She was amazing go evelynn!!!
Going on month 4 and Molina still won't let us cancel. We feel like prisoners. Do not sign up with Molina! We canceled our credit card and they still found a way to withdraw it from our bank. Even the agent at Molina said she didn't know how they got that info. We have to file an appeal and go to court!! Don't put yourself through this.

I wish I could give it negative 10 reviews. It is so terrible that during 6 months period it happened twice that we paid the premium , it received it but never credit to our account. Then come back to ask us to pay again. It is just so ridiculous that we have to waste our time to make phone call to our bank to get cashed check copies and mail to Molina for payment approval. It just nightmare.
